An Annapolis Maryland native bringing over 20 years of experience to the region ,Joe started tattooing in 1996 in Silver Spring,Maryland after learning the ins and outs of the craft during 2 years maintaining the front lines in an extremely busy street shop.After a few years at that studio he moved on to a new studio in North East DC to continue learning and growing as an artist. In 2000 he moved on to world renowned "Little Vinnies Westside" to further grow and refine his craft alongside some of the best in the business.

2010.The dawn of a new era.Tired of long commutes and not working in the same community he resides Joe decides he wants back to Annapolis. Longtime friend Frankie Orange opens Orange Tattoo Company in Annapolis Maryland further assembling a group of amazing artists to pump life into the region.
